Thank you for taking a moment to get to know me better.

My journey started as an athlete, progressed to dancing professionally, teaching yoga and now supporting people as a Wellness Consultant.

Suffice it to say that I understand first hand the various ways that the body can move and the mindsets needed to truly have sustainable practices.

Creating Sustainable Well-being

This is my main intention in all of my services. I know how frustrating it can be to make progress in something, only to have it disappear because of a lack of sustainability. This is why mindset is the very first place we start in my wellness coaching.

I am an avid learner and have attended over a thousand hours of training in various wellness modalities which have informed my own healing process.

Here are some examples: burnout recovery and the nervous system, somatic release for stress and anxiety, trauma informed coaching, 500 hours of yoga certification, the neuroscience of healing, healing race-based trauma, meditation and mindfulness and nutrition.

Returning to the barre (ballet barre :)

One of the biggest blessings in my life is having the opportunity of being one of the ballet teachers for a non-profit organization called Onco Ballet. The mission is to provide free ballet classes to those facing cancer to help spark joy, facilitate healing, and self expression.

Through what I call a Divine appointment, I met the founder, Anna Wassasm-Cox. She is a two time breast cancer survivor and former dancer with the Joffrey Ballet. During her second bout with cancer, she found that returning to the dance studio and moving her body was truly healing and therapeutic on many levels. The organization is less than two years old and is already reaching across the nation with classes in New York, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, Stanford and Long Beach.

Dance is one of my all time favorite passions, and having the opportunity to serve the cancer community through dance is a true gift. Please take a moment to check out Onco Ballet and support this amazing organization!

When I’m not supporting people with their well-being, I can be found in nature, at the beach, dancing, hiking, going on long leisurely walks, speaking French whenever I can, dreaming up my next travel adventure, and eating good food with good people!
