Functional Training: Movement for Life
My style of strength training is to include the Vipr and Stick Mobility along with hand weights. The reason that I named my personal training Movement for Life is because I train based on how we actually move. This means also focusing on mobility, flexibility balance and stability. With more of us spending hours sitting hunched over a computer, mobility and flexibility are vital towards creating an overall healthy and strong body.
Stick Mobility
This is a training system designed to support mobility, flexibility, balance and stability. Excellent for those who are feeling stiff in their bodies. Check out the 55 second video!
