Empowering Leaders Toolkit

This workshop will empower leaders to fuel the fire of their work culture by building in resilience and sustainability. Topics covered are: identifying and preventing burnout, empowering team meetings and one-on-one check-ins and ways to support resiliency in your teams. This is an interactive workshop in a community of leaders.

 

Empowering Resilience Toolkit and Practices

Did you know that there are at least 8 different causes of burnout? And that understanding these causes is key to healing and recovery?

In this presentation, audiences will put together their personal burnout recovery plan, learn to make sustainable changes to empower their resilience, and set & maintain regular self-care practices.

Empowering Emotional and Mental Resilience

Stress impacts our reserves for resilience, problem solving, mental clarity and directly impacts the immune system. This workshop provides support for both emotional and mental burnout.

Attendees will receive information on recognizing the symptoms along with various practices for rebuilding, restoring and refreshing their resilience.

Burnout Recovery is a process. The offering below is a service to receive accountability and support in sustaining the practices learned in the workshops.

Wellness Hour

This wellness hour is like having office hours with a wellness coach. Being busy professionals, sometimes the best way to create wellness habits is to integrate them into the workday.

These sessions are designed to create capacity by reducing stress and anxiety, connect more with our bodies, empower our mindset and finally empower us to navigate the world with the resilience to thrive.

Sessions are one hour long, and attendees are welcome to come to all or any portion of the session depending on their availability.

The weekly format creates a rhythm of support and accountability, which ultimately leads to sustainable habits.

  • Check in to receive support for current burnout issues

  • Accountability and support for burnout recovery practices

  • Ask questions and share updates, challenges, changes and celebrations regarding burnout recovery

  • This hour can be customized based on your team's specific needs

    Details:

  • Weekly (4 sessions per month): $1,000 per month

  • Minimum requirement is for 3 months.
